  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • All fees are listed in CAD and are non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.

  • All software, templates, designs, and materials on Effect Creators are our intellectual property or licensed to us.

  • You retain ownership of your original content, but grant us a license to process and store it as needed to provide the Services.

  • AI-generated content may be used for personal or commercial purposes, but Effect Creators does not guarantee uniqueness. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Effect Creators provides Services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not responsible for damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the use (or inability to use) our Services.

  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from AI-generated content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately end.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, AI providers). We are not responsible for their terms, policies, or practices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
